It’s the way most people view him, but it seems that’s how the Livi brothers are, huh? If you thought Catalyst Disko Livi was an annoying, arrogant, self-centered jerk, you might think twice on that one… Or that these two boys are twins.

Angel Fantumn Livi. He’s definitely a relaxed bastard, that’s for sure. At least, he would call it relaxed, you may call it lazy. The fact he finds no rush in anything, or no need to rush, ever, is beyond many people. If he’s late, he is late. He honestly doesn’t care. He tries to live his life as carefree and worry free as possible, and it’s mostly worked. There is no sense of responsibility in this male’s mind at all. He has never done chores a day of his life, and most of his money he has gotten from other people. Though he finally managed to find a job and get his own money, he still works on his own rules. Luckily who he works for is flexible and likes him enough to let him come whenever he wants, because at any other job, Angel would for sure be fired by now. He’s never really had to worry about doing to much for himself, because he had his brother, Catalyst, who did everything for the family, it seemed. When Catalyst wasn’t doing anything, there was the maid his father hired. Maybe Angel got his mother’s genes of the family (seeing as she didn’t work either), but whatever it was, he didn’t really care. He was still alive, and he was still getting things he needs.

Being the irresponsible one, he liked to pull his brother away from the responsibility as well. Call him a bad influence, because honestly, he pretty much is. He drug him out to parties, took him around the neighborhood to do damage to neighbor’s lawns. Angel liked getting in trouble, for some reason, and that was probably because he wasn’t caught very often. When he was caught, no legal action was taken. Just yelling, and what did that ever get across to any kid? He did what he did, when he wanted to, and that’s just how he was. He had his brother to look out for him since his brother was incapable of doing everything with him, and that only encouraged him to go about his wrongdoings more. He had someone to do it for, and someone to have his back at all times.

There’s something about the danger that he just loved. Danger intrigued him for the strangest, most unknown reasons, and Angel wasn’t fighting them. He and Catalyst often got in fights with other people, especially at school, and every once in a while he’d do some drag races. Sometimes it seemed that the guys on Jackass were his role models, because any dangerous stunts they pulled off he was all for repeating. From extreme dangers, down to the simple dangers of just peeking up a girl’s skirt, Angel will probably do it, no matter what the consequence is. Nothing has scared him out of it yet, so he wasn’t going to stop. There wasn’t a point in stopping if the most trouble he was getting in were angry parents, or something of the sort. So for now he’d just party a little harder and bug a few more people. It was the best way to live, in his eyes.

If you’re expecting anything nice to come out of Angel’s mouth, then you are wrong. It’s not so much that he can’t be nice, because he can, it’s just that he doesn’t choose to. If he does say something nice, sometimes he’ll even attempt taking it back to make it sound stupider. He’s arrogant. He’s self-centered… He likes to be rude. It probably wouldn’t be surprising if he thought he was the only thing existing in the world besides his brother and the few girls he wants to sleep around with. If he finds you incredibly weak and somehow unbearably, little kiddy, and you-need-a-hug cute he will be nice. Like that older brother type of thing. But besides that, and a few other rare occasions, he doesn’t like being nice. He thinks that it makes himself seem weak, which is the last thing he needs anyone thinking. He is far from weak, at least mentally, and he didn’t want anything thinking the wrong thing.

Angel isn’t a total homophobe, though if he saw a same sex couple making out or something of the sort, he would be grossed out. Yes, this makes him straight. Very straight, and on top of being straight, he hates the commitment of being in a relationship. If he gets around to it, he has multiple girls to sleep with in just one week. Whether they fell for his little jerk of a charm, got too drunk, are a little depressed and desperate, or he paid them for their services, he keeps them coming around. He’s never really wanted commitment, or not yet anyway, considering he is still young and has plenty of time before he feels he should settle down. He’s only attempted on having a true girlfriend about twice, and he ended up cheating on both girls, probably with the other. Sex, relationships, love… it’s all kind of a game for him, and that’s probably because he sees everyone else get their hearts broken when they get too attached. One thing he doesn’t want is a sob story, so he’s not setting himself up for one.

Though he is a jerk, and not loyal to a significant other, he is very loyal to just friends. They’re the ones who know when he’s joking around, right? The ones who have his back and stand by him no matter what he does? You mess with them, you’re already on his bad side. If you get close enough to him, he’d take a bullet for you. Seriously. Once you screw him over, though, it’s hard to get back on his good side. He’s not good with forgiveness. Maybe that makes him a bit more on the hypocritical side, since he’s always doing something wrong and expects forgiveness, but for some reason he finds it different for himself. If you mess with him, he doesn’t like to forgive. Maybe it’s something he needs to work on, but don’t expect any improvements anytime soon. Improvements on forgiveness, or the personality in a whole of Angel Fantumn Livi…

HISTORY:
A baby was produced on the day of love, the perfect day to add on to the family. Though the Livi family had originally wanted, and thought they were going to get a girl they were still happy with the baby boy that was born to them. Robert Livi was already a very busy man, so the birth of his first son on February 14 to a stripper of and in Belleville, New Jersey only made things even busier. It seemed he liked his style of life, though, considering he never tried to change it in any way. Life was great for him at the moment, even with one kid in the picture.

One kid turned into two the next year, when the Livi’s added yet another addition to the family. They called this one Catalyst Disko Livi, and little did one year old Angel Fantumn Livi know that this was going to be his best friend. Good thing he stuck within the family for that one, eh? Not much longer after the birth of Angel’s baby brother they moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his father still being busy, yet his mother staying as far away from work as possible, even housework. In her mind, things would get done over time, and of course, being one at the time, her decision had no effect on him, but as Angel got older, the way they lived started to get to him. He liked the clutter after a while, so he never picked up after himself when he knew how to, but everything around him also ended up in his many injuries. Constant bruises, scrapes, a broken leg and broken fingers. He never seemed to have a sense of danger, and normally didn’t cry if something was wrong with him. By the time he was ten, nine year old catalyst sometimes wondered if Angel didn’t even have any nerves at all in his body. In one year he had managed to break is leg, all of his fingers, sprain his wrist, nearly cut off a toe, and who knows what else. He was always unclean looking, though he always smelled fairly good, and as he got older, that part of him continued to grow, too.

By the time the male was 16 he was already a full time drinker, picking up after his mother with the no work policies. He also picked up on the drugs, was barely ever at home, but instead always out partying and picking up as many girls as he possibly could. He never worried about being hurt, or simply lost in what he was doing, because he brought best friend Catalyst Livi along nearly everywhere he went, dragging him in the trouble or just hoping the male would help him get out of it. It wasn’t so much that he was using his brother as protection… alright in a way he was, but he was fun to be around, too, and they had the best of times together. It was a win win situation for him. Life was always perfect for him, even through the families constant moving through the states, simply because his best friend was there with him at all times.

Though he nearly broke that friendship when Catalyst let another someone in his life. When Angel was closing up his year of being 17, his little brother had picked up a girlfriend, and they were ‘oh so in love’. Maybe it was the jealousy, or just the fact there was a girl constantly in the house, but one thing led to the next, and Angel ended up sleeping with his own brother’s girlfriend. No harm done, right, especially since Disko never knew. But things started to get a little worse when news of a baby from the girl started to float around, first to him. The last thing Angel wanted was to hurt his brother, so the two worked up a little secret to just keep it between them. All Catalyst had to know was that the baby was his. It all worked out fine, actually. Fine until the girl got in a car accident, killing herself and the baby in her belly on impact. His brother was devastated, and the only way Angel knew to help him out was to let his brother know that the baby wasn’t his, so he didn’t have to be so worried about to lives.

Of course, he waited until he was 18 to tell him this, and when he did, the reaction was not what he expected. The last thing he thought his brother would turn this into was an act of betrayal, but that’s how Catalyst saw it, and Angel got mostly what he deserved for all of that. The two had a nice fight, fists flying and everything, plenty of arguments, and it didn’t take long for Catalyst to stop talking to him altogether. It took nearly half a year to actually begin talking to his brother again, but by that time his brother was moving off to France for school. Of course, things got a little more on the lonely side with his brother gone… and of course, he couldn’t let things stay that way. He missed the old times, so he decided to make the old times new by moving off to France himself. He’d be closer to his brother just to live in another country. Start something new. Not go to school. It all sounded brilliant, in his mind. He scrapped up some money from his father and a little bit of money from panhandling, and off to France he was shipped…. And right back home to his parents in Illinois was he, but not empty handed. He got his brother to come back for now, for a little, and now he’s ready to live it up…you know, if nothing gets in his way or anything.
